How we use the Google Business Profile API
- Read reviews on the Business Profile locations you own or have authorized Dispatch to manage
- Draft a reply to each new review that fits the review and your brand voice
- Post the reply you approve to that review on your Business Profile
- Edit or remove a reply we posted when you ask us to
- Publish updates, events, and offers you approve as posts on your Business Profile
- Summarize review volume and rating trends in your weekly digest
You stay in control
- Access is granted by the business owner, through Google sign-in or Business Profile manager settings
- We only work with locations you have authorized
- Nothing is posted without your approval, unless you set rules for us to follow
- We never write, buy, filter, or incentivize reviews
- You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account or Business Profile

How do you access my Google Business Profile?
Only with your permission. You either sign in with Google and approve access, or add Dispatch as a manager in your Business Profile settings. We only work with the locations you authorize, and you can remove access at any time.
Will replies be posted without me seeing them?
Not unless you want them to be. By default every reply waits for your approval. If you prefer, you can set rules, such as letting us post replies to 5-star reviews automatically.
What happens to a reply I do not like?
You edit it or reject it before it goes out. If a posted reply ever needs to change, tell us and we edit or remove it through the same API.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your profile, reviews, and replies stay yours. We remove our access and hand everything back clean.
