Who we are

Dispatch AI LLC (“Dispatch,” “we,” “us”) builds and runs custom AI tooling for tour operators, attractions, and local businesses, including tooling that manages Google Business Profiles and responds to customer reviews on behalf of the businesses we work with. Information we collect

• Contact details you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and your message.
• Client account information. When a business works with us, we collect the business contact and billing details needed to provide the service. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Data from accounts you connect. With your permission, we access the third-party accounts you choose to connect, as described below.
• Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited and general device and location data.

Data from connected accounts

We only access an account after its owner authorizes us, and only for the purposes listed here.

• Google Business Profile. Through the Google Business Profile API, we access the business locations you authorize, the reviews left on those locations, and the replies to those reviews. We use this to read new reviews, draft replies, post the replies you approve, edit or remove replies at your request, and report on review volume and ratings.
• Google Drive. With read-only access, we view the folders you select so we can use the photos and media you have approved in your social content.
• Facebook and Instagram. We access the Pages and Instagram accounts you select so we can publish approved posts and read engagement on them.

How we use Google user data

Dispatch’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you asked for, such as review responses and reporting for your own business.
• We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
• We do not transfer Google user data to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine learning models.
• People at Dispatch do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide the services a business has engaged us for
• To draft and publish content and review replies that the business has approved or set rules for
• To send weekly digests and service communications
• To bill for our services
• To keep our systems secure and improve this website

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Dispatch, and only as needed for them to do that work. These include hosting (Vercel), databases (Neon), email (Google Workspace), payments (Stripe), and AI model providers that process content such as review text to generate reply drafts. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep information for as long as we provide services to a business, and then delete or return it within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Access tokens for connected accounts are deleted when access is removed or our engagement ends.

Removing our access

You can remove Dispatch’s access at any time:

• Google: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, or remove Dispatch as a manager in your Business Profile settings.
• Facebook and Instagram: remove Dispatch under Business Integrations in your Facebook settings.
• Or email hello@dispatch.travel and we will remove our access and delete your data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected businesses if a breach affects their data.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, let our clients know.
